Terms of Service

These Terms apply to your use of this website and to any purchase of digital products from Smtstor Studio ("we", "us"). Smtstor Studio is operated by Liu Yang, an individual sole proprietor based in China. By buying a product you agree to these Terms.

1. Products

We sell digital downloads such as PDF guides, checklists, spreadsheet and text templates, scripts and importable workflow files. Each product page describes the files included, the format and any tools you need (for example n8n or Python). Please read the product page before buying.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments; there are no subscriptions. Orders are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Creem, which handles payment processing, applicable sales tax or VAT, and invoices. Their terms also apply to the checkout.

3. Delivery

After successful payment you receive a download link on the confirmation page and by email. If you cannot access your files, contact support@smtstor.com.

4. License

When you buy a product you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the files for your own personal or internal business purposes, including editing the templates for your own use. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files, in original or modified form, or offer them as part of a competing product.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

6. No professional advice; no guaranteed results

Our products are general-purpose templates and tools. They are not legal, tax, financial or debt-collection advice. We do not promise any specific income, sales, conversion, reach or payment outcome. You are responsible for how you use the products, including obtaining permission before displaying anyone's review or testimonial, following anti-spam and privacy laws, and following the rules of any third-party platform you use.

7. Third-party tools

Some products work with third-party software such as n8n, Notion, spreadsheet apps or AI model providers. Those services are not provided by us, may be paid separately and are governed by their own terms. We are not affiliated with those companies.

8. Limitation of liability

Products are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version shown on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's country of residence (China), without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
