Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Smtstor Studio (operated by Liu Yang, an individual sole proprietor based in China) handles and why. We collect as little as possible.
1. This website
This is a static website. It does not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or embedded third-party fonts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and reliability, under its own privacy policy.
2. Purchases
Checkout is handled by our Merchant of Record, Creem. You provide your payment details directly to them; we never see or store your full card number. They share with us the order details we need to deliver and support your purchase, typically your name, email address, country, product purchased, price and order ID. Creem processes your data under its own privacy policy.
3. Support emails
If you email us, we receive your email address and the content of your message, which we use only to answer you and to handle refunds.
4. How we use data
- To deliver your purchase and provide download access
- To answer support and refund requests
- To keep records required for accounting and tax purposes
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them.
5. Data inside our products
Our products are files that run on your own computer or your own accounts (for example your own n8n instance or spreadsheets). We do not receive, host or store any data you process with them.
6. Retention
We keep order records for as long as required for accounting and tax obligations, and support emails for up to 2 years, then delete them.
7. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, by emailing support@smtstor.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EU/UK or California) you may have additional rights, including the right to complain to a data protection authority.
8. Children
Our products are intended for adults running a business or side project. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
