Refund Policy

Effective date: October 4, 2026

All products sold by Smtstor Studio are digital downloads delivered instantly after payment. Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, we handle refunds as follows.

When you can get a refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:

  • The file is defective: the download link does not work, the ZIP file is corrupted, or files listed on the product page are missing or will not open, and we cannot fix the problem or send you a working copy within a reasonable time; or
  • The product is not as described: what you received is materially different from the product page (for example, the files listed under "What's inside" are not included); or
  • Duplicate purchase: you accidentally bought the same product twice (we refund the duplicate).

When refunds are not normally given

Because files are delivered immediately, we do not normally offer refunds for change of mind, for buying a product that does not match tools you do not use (each page lists requirements such as n8n or Python), or after 14 days. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country.

How to request a refund

  1. Email support@smtstor.com within 14 days of purchase.
  2. Include your order number or receipt email address, the product name and a short description of the problem (a screenshot helps).
  3. We aim to reply within 2 business days. If a fix or replacement file does not solve the problem, we will approve the refund.

Approved refunds are issued through our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Creem, to your original payment method. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most problems can be solved quickly by email.
